What if something goes wrong with your mirror TV?

To date we have had no mirror TV’s returned to us with a fault. However if you do experience any technical difficulties we will arrange for an engineer to come to your home and diagnose the fault. If you require a replacement system it will be organised.

  • All mirror TV’s are checked before being shipping to ensure that you will receive a working system.
  • If our engineer establishes that the fault has been caused due to anything other that a manufacturing fault, there will be a £75 call out charge and £75 per hour thereafter until the system is operational.
